Who this is for

Beach Club Barbershop started as a barbershop, but the color chair is just as serious. If you’ve felt out of place in a machista barbershop — or been burned by a color that didn’t match the photo you brought — this is the calm, expert alternative next door.

The senior chair does color

Color goes to our most experienced hands — Ruben (20 years behind the chair) and Edward (15). Classic and longer styles, and the color work that goes with them, get the same unhurried, consult-first discipline as every cut in the shop.

Free color consultation kills the sticker-shock

Color pricing isn’t a mystery here. We look at your length, condition, and the result you want, then quote you before anything starts. No surprises, no “we’ll see at the end.” Root color runs from $90, blonde and toner from $120, blow-dry from $50, and balayage from $280 — with the final color number always set at the consult.

Men welcome too

Gray blending and men’s color are on the menu — a quick add to any cut, same honest, posted approach.

Alexis is a consummate professional who has been cutting my hair for over decade. He is so good at his profession that I now take my son to get his hair cut with him as well. If you are looking for a quality haircut for your next interview, professional meeting or whatever is needed; he will deliver a top-notch haircut worthy of a magazine photo shoot. Ask for him by name when you make an appointment, you will not be disappointed

Best haircuts in the neighborhood, been coming here for years and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Walk ins are welcome and they'll serve you a fresh cup of coffee or some whiskey while you get your cut.

I’ve been coming to Beach Club Barber Shop for years, and I can’t recommend them enough. From the moment you walk in, the experience is always top-notch. The shop is clean, welcoming, professional, and has a great atmosphere. A special shoutout to Alina, who has been taking care of my hair for years. She consistently does an amazing job, pays attention to every detail, and always makes sure I leave looking my best. Finding someone you trust with your hair isn’t easy, and Alina is simply the best! Ruben has built a fantastic shop and a great team. He treats customers like family and has created a place where quality, professionalism, and customer service still matter. That’s a big reason I’ve been a loyal customer for so long. If you’re looking for a barber shop with great people, great service, and consistently great results, this is the place. Highly recommended!

FAQ

Straight answers before you book

How much should a full balayage cost?

Balayage here starts from $280, and the final number is set at a free consult based on your length and condition — you'll never be surprised at the end. See the balayage page for detail.

Is $400 a lot for balayage?

It can be fair for very long or complex color, but you shouldn't guess. We quote you up front so how much is a lot is your call, not a surprise.

What color balayage is most popular?

Soft, sun-lit brunettes and warm bronde blends move the most here — natural, low-maintenance grow-out. We match it to your skin tone at the consult.

What's the downside of balayage?

Very little — it grows out softly, so no harsh regrowth line. The trade-off is it's a longer appointment; we'll tell you the time up front.

Do you do men's color and gray blending too?

Yes — gray blending and men's color are on the menu; it's a quick add to any cut.
