SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the text message (SMS/MMS) program operated by R&A Barbershop Inc d/b/a Beach Club Barbershop (1920 E Hallandale Beach Blvd, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms.

Program description

When you opt in — on our contact form, during online booking, or in person — Beach Club Barbershop sends text messages related to your appointments (confirmations, reminders, and reschedule/cancellation notices) and, if you agree, occasional promotions and offers. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity with us — for example, texts tied to a booking, plus at most a few promotional messages per month if you opted into offers.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Message and data rates are set by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Beach Club Barbershop does not charge for the texts themselves.

How to opt out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any of our text messages. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. To opt back in, reply START or opt in again through any of our forms.

Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
